| Tim joined Senior Systems Technology from Staktek, Inc. where he led continuous improvement strategies to manufacture high-density memory stacking solutions. Tim also was a senior operations manager at Dell and held a wide range of technical and managerial positions with IBM’s Personal Computing and Systems Technology Divisions. He earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Park College. |

| Charlie Kitterman – Vice President Operations |

| Charlie has over 30 years of work experience and Sr. Operations Leadership roles
in Fortune100 Companies such as Bendix, Allied Signal and Honeywell with an emphasis on incorporating Six Sigma
and Lean Enterprise Systems at multiple manufacturing and administration locations. He Graduated Magna Cum Laude
from Mid America Nazarene University with a Bachelors Degree in Business & Human Resources and also earned an
Executive Masters Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Benedictine College. Charlie is a Certified Six Sigma
Black Belt and received Lean Enterprise Expert and TPM Master Certifications. |

| Harsh Karande – Vice President of Quality, Engineering and Program Management |

| Harsh Karande joined Senior Systems in early 2010 as Vice President of Quality, Engineering and Program Management. Harsh is an experienced electronics manufacturing executive with an extensive technical background which he acquired working with Packard Bell, Qualcomm, and, most recently, Kyocera Wireless, where he held the dual role of Vice President of Quality Assurance and Service Operations. He holds an MS in Engineering Science from Wichita State University and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Bombay University. |

| George joined Senior Systems Technology early in 2010. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Human Resources with Natel Engineering. George has extensive domestic and international accounting and operations experience with large multi-national companies as well as experience in startups and small to mid-size companies. George holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. |

| Brian brings over 30 years of experience in materials and information technology management working in automotive and medical industries. The unique combination of materials management and systems integrations has enabled Brian to lead teams to implement progressive materials management programs here at Senior Systems. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a study emphasis in Information Technology. Brian earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from BMGI in Denver, Colorado. |

| Eric serves as South West Regional Sales Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience
in the Southern California Industrial Electronics Industry with such companies as Arrow Electronics (NYSE: ARW) and
Stouffer Hotels, a division of Nestle’ Corporation. Eric trained at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona
in Business Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management. |

| Brian joined the Senior Systems team in 2007, bringing over 10 years of upper management experience in the electronics contract manufacturing industry as well as 8 years of marketing and business development. After driving the growth and development of CSI Electronics, an advanced electronics prototype contract manufacturing firm, Brian focused his efforts in the design and implementation of product development, sales and marketing campaigns for privately held corporations, holding management positions within them. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. |
