Charlie has over 30 years of work experience and senior operations leadership
roles in aerospace, military, and contract manufacturing business at Fortune100 Companies – Bendix, Allied
Signal, Honeywell and Senior Systems. Charlie has extensive experience and successes incorporating Six Sigma
and Lean Enterprise Systems at multiple manufacturing and administration locations, improving earnings, driving
out waste, reducing cycle times, improving customer quality and meeting product delivery demands. His professional
career history also includes establishing Global Brownfield and Greenfield Sites within the United States, Mexico,
China and Indonesia.
The Greenfield Site sizes ranged from 70,000 to over 1,000,000 square feet, consisting of 250 to over 2000
employees. While at Honeywell, Charlie implemented corporate wide real estate, energy and reduction initiatives
that reduce operating cost more than 200 million over a 5 year timeframe.
Charlie Graduated with Honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Mid America Nazarene University with a Bachelors Degree
in Business & Human Resources. He also received an Executive Masters Business Administration (MBA) Degree from
Benedictine College. Charlie earned Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Allied Signal and Six Sigma Academy,
Inc. He also received Lean Enterprise Expert and TPM Master Certifications from Honeywell and the University of
