Four employees recognized for 25 years of service as part of the Senior Systems team 
 

Palmdale, CA - December 7, 2009 Four employees of Senior Systems Technology, a leading Southern California Electronics Manufacturing Solutions (EMS) provider, celebrated their 25th year of Service with the company. Patty Gonzalez, Tonia Hawken, Maria Ruiz & Francisca Sotelo were recently honored at a company-wide luncheon celebration where they were presented with an award by the company’s president & CEO, Tim Morrissey.

“These four individuals are a testament to the drive that exists within Senior Systems. Having worked in various areas throughout the company, they bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. All of us at Senior Systems are very proud of their achievements and we thank them for their commitment to the team.” noted Director of Human Resources, Jennifer Bushman.

Patty Gonzalez was one of the first persons to join the Senior team, as her primary duties included setting up work stations and stock room sorting. Over her career, Patty held the lead position in a number of areas such as rework hand-solder for Senior’s printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), engineering change order (ECO) implementation, inspection, component prep, manufacturing process instruction (MPI) creation and quotation labor analysis.

Tonia Hawken also joined Senior Systems early where her primary expertise was PCBA solder touch-up. Throughout her time with the company, Tonia has been lead touch-up operator, functional & IC test operator, stockroom supervisor, quality control supervisor, ECO coordinator, document control supervisor and has also worked with MPIs and quotations labor.

Maria Ruiz started in the shipping department at Senior Systems. Throughout her career, Maria has worked as a shipping clerk and has progressed as an assembly associate in PCBA post solder touch up, ECO rework, cable & wire solder and cable harness assembly.

Francisca Sotelo was initially hired for hand solder touch-up. Over time, she has served in shipping and receiving, cable harness assembly and held numerous PCBA positions such as lead form operator and sequencer programmer.  Francisca has also worked as a quality assurance inspector handling a variety of duties such as automated optical inspection (AOI) operator and product inspection.
