Together, we are transforming Senior Systems into one of the strongest contract manufacturers in the United States.

Tim Morrissey - President/CEO

Tim joined Senior Systems Technology from Staktek, Inc. where he led continuous improvement strategies to manufacture high-density memory stacking solutions. Tim also was a senior operations manager at Dell and held a wide range of technical and managerial positions with IBM’s Personal Computing and Systems Technology Divisions. He earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Park College.

Charlie Kitterman - Vice President, Operations

Charlie has over 30 years of work experience and Senior Operations Leadership roles in Fortune100 Companies such as Bendix, Allied Signal and Honeywell, with an emphasis on incorporating Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise Systems at multiple manufacturing and administration locations. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mid America Nazarene University with a Bachelors degree in Business & Human Resources and also earned an Executive Masters Business Administration (MBA) degree from Benedictine College. Charlie is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with Lean Enterprise Expert and TPM Master Certifications.

Gregg Mozdy - Vice President, Business Dev.

Gregg joined Senior Systems from LaBarge, Inc. where he held a number of positions within the sales organization including Director of Business Development and North American Sales Manager, Commercial/Industrial Sales. Gregg has over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry, having worked in a variety of sales, marketing and sales management roles at LSI Logic, Lattice Semiconductor, Trinity Technologies and others. The past 10 years have been within the electronic manufacturing services sector. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.

Brian Wisemore - Director, Supply Chain

Brian brings over 30 years of experience in materials and information technology management, working in automotive, military/aerospace, and medical industries. The unique combination of materials management and systems integrations has enabled Brian to lead teams to implement progressive materials management programs here at Senior Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a study emphasis in Information Technology. Brian earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from BMGI in Denver, Colorado.

Debra Murphy - Controller

Prior to Senior Systems, Debra worked at Delta Scientific as their accounting manager and was successful in recovering over million dollars in sales from the Army Corps of Engineers in Maryland. Debra also provided legal accounting services at Rushfeldt, Shelley and Drake, LLP in Sherman Oaks, Premier Professional Liability Defense for Hospitals, California and was in private practice for over 10 years. She holds a BBA from the University of Phoenix and is listed in Who’s Who, 2009-2010 edition.
