Senior Systems’ labor force is one of the best trained and most experienced in the industry. We choose to hire personnel with some base level of experience for each position on the manufacturing floor. Regardless of individual experience, every new employee is required to master safety training, ESD awareness training, and basic soldering techniques.

Senior Systems’ employees renew their training on an annual or semi-annual basis to keep their capabilities sharp and maintain our high standards. We carefully track each employee’s initial training, certification, and ongoing training. We also encourage outside skill-set training, based on our customers’ specific needs and requirements.

Senior Systems has certified IPC and J-STD trainers on staff, ensuring that our employee training not only meets or exceeds industry standards, but that we remain on the cutting edge of new techniques. Our trainer participates in ongoing education to keep our entire organization aware of changing technologies and new trends in the industry.
